    Mr. Vindi Banga is currently an Operating Partner at CD&R, whom he joined in 2010 after a 33-year career at Unilever. He is the former President Global Foods, Home and Personal Care and member of the Unilever plc Executive Board. He was responsible for the global consumer business and also led the creation of a Global Category Organization, responsible for innovation and marketing mix development across 170 countries for all 270 Unilever brands across Foods, Home & Personal Care. Previous appointments include President, Home and Personal Care Asia as well as Chairman and Managing Director of Hindustan Unilever Ltd.

    Mr. Santosh Gujadhur is a co-founder of GFin Corporate Services Ltd., a regulated Mauritian administrator. He is admitted to the New York State Bar. He was previously a corporate associate in the New York office of Sidley Austin LLP, where he has represented financial institutions, broker-dealers, sovereign wealth funds and other corporate clients in equity, debt and hybrid capital transactions, fund formations, IPOs, tender offers, swaps and accelerated share repurchase transactions, investment transactions, regulatory matters and various other transactions. He has recently represented financial institutions and sovereign wealth funds in several landmark recapitalization transactions in the United States as a result of the financial crisis. He received a J.D. from Cornell University and a B.S. in biochemistry from Boston College.

    Mr. Tej Gujadhur is a co-founder of GFin Corporate Services Ltd., a regulated Mauritian administrator. He has spent 16 years in the financial sector in Europe and the United States, with the last 12 years in the private equity and hedge fund industries in London, Dublin and New York. He was a senior manager with Ernst & Young in London and New York and also served in senior in-house positions. He has been the CFO of The Children’s Investment Fund and its affiliates in London and he was, most recently, the CFO of Apollo Global’s European principal finance and distressed business. He is a U.K. Chartered Accountant with a B.Sc. (Hons) in computational science and economics from the University of Leeds and a M.A. in international banking and finance from the University of Reading.

    Mr. Smith joined CD&R’s global investor relations team in 2011. In addition to CD&R fundraising activities, he also helped establish and plays a significant continuing role with Kedaara Capital I Limited, CD&R’s joint venture for investments in India. Prior to joining CD&R, Mr. Smith served as a managing director at Lehman Brothers, a partner at New York Life Capital Partners and an investment professional at J.H. Whitney & Co. Mr. Smith earned a B.S. from the University of Maryland and an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.

Mr. Banga is an Operating Partner at CD&R, whom he joined after a 33-year career at Unilever. He is the former President, Foods, Home and Personal Care, and a member of the Unilever plc Executive Board. He led the creation of a One Unilever Global Foods, Home & Personal Care Global Category Organization, responsible for innovation and marketing mix development across 170 countries for all 270 Unilever brands, and he was responsible for Unilever’s sustainability agenda. Previously, Mr. Banga served as President, Home and Personal Care Asia, and as Chairman and Managing Director of Hindustan Unilever Ltd, Unilever’s operating company in India. Mr. Banga played the lead operating role on CD&R’s successful investment in Diversey. He has been on the Prime Minister of India’s Council of Trade & Industry since 2004. He is a Director of Marks and Spencer Group plc and Thomson Reuters. Mr. Banga holds a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and a M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management.

Mr. Ahn is currently a Managing Director at CD&R, whom he joined in 2011. Previously, he was a partner and head of the Asia-Pacific mergers and acquisitions service line at McKinsey & Company. In that capacity, he worked closely with management teams from multinational companies regarding strategies to enter Asian markets, as well as large Asian companies expanding their businesses outside of their home markets. He earned a B.A. in Economics and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Mr. Anil Currimjee currently oversees several companies of the Currimjee group, which is one of the largest business groups in Mauritius. The Currimjee group is a diversified conglomerate established in 1890 with operations in Mauritius, South Africa, Middle East, India and Seychelles. The group is active in the bottling of soft drinks and mineral water, the manufacturing of soap and detergents, and the commercialization and retailing activities of building materials, property development, hotels, household goods, wireless communications operations, energy (in collaboration with Total), financial services, and travel (in collaboration with Singapore Airlines). Mr. Currimjee was the Chairman of the Mauritius Chamber of Commerce in 2003 and is currently the Chairman of the Mauritius India Joint Business Council. He is also the Honorary Consul-General of Japan in Mauritius. Mr. Currimjee holds an MBA from the London Business School and a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Williams College.
