Aakanksha Bhatt

Aakanksha is a well rounded Talent Acquisition Leader, who has experienced scale and first time build outs from both in-house & consulting lens. She comes with over 18 years of experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, employee benefits and Diversity & Inclusion.

In her earlier roles, Aakanksha has worked with Genpact and paved her way through various roles in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources within the organisation. She moved to Marsh & McLennan as an in-house Talent Acquistion leader and with Korn Ferry as an Executive Search Consultant; managing a premium set of clients across BFSI, GICs and Fin-Tech firms and partnering with them to close the requirements end to end.

At CPP Investments, she was a part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, covering APAC and was responsible for setting up the India Technology and Data office, Mumbai in addition to building investment and operations teams.

Aakanksha holds a master’s degree in PG Diploma in Psychology from Amity University and an MBA from IMT, Ghaziabad.
