Pratik Ajmera

Pratik joined Kedaara in 2022 and has 14+ years of experience in Private Equity space. At Kedaara, Pratik focuses on Investment Structuring, Fund Raising, Deal Due Diligence, Deal Structuring, and Taxation. In addition, Pratik also supports in Fund Operations, Fund Governance matters and in the value creation initiatives at Fund portfolio companies by advising and guiding them on corporate structuring, tax, and regulatory aspects. Pratik closely works with industry bodies and advisors to make recommendations on industry issues and consultation papers.

Prior to joining Kedaara, Pratik has also worked in the PE Deals team at PwC, India and has advised private equity funds & public market funds in fund raising, transaction advisory, deal due diligence, and advised other strategic investors and clients across sectors including financial services, infrastructure, and real estate.

Pratik is closely engaged on policy advocacy matters. He contributed to the third report of Alternative Investment Policy Advisory Committee (AIPAC), the committee constituted by SEBI, to advise on alternative investment and start-up eco system in India. Pratik is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University.
