Rohit Vyas

Rohit joined Kedaara Capital in July 2022 and has over 16 years of experience in business strategy,
operations, growth and transformation. Prior to joining Kedaara Capital, Rohit worked with Adani
Logistics Limited and was heading the Strategy, PMO and Business development functions Rohit was
instrumental in forging strategic alliance with Flipkart for Adani Logistics warehousing vertical.
Previously, Rohit worked as an Engagement Manager in India office of McKinsey & Company. At
McKinsey, Rohit led multiple engagements for growth and transformation, capex optimization and
delivery, EBITDA improvement across multiple sectors including Oil and Gas (Upstream and Downstream),
Public Sector Enterprises, Power Transmission, Textile, Building Products, Media and Technology and
Pharma.
Rohit spent 2 years at Spanco Limited in Business Strategy function, spearheading 3-year strategic plan for
Power distribution franchisee at Nagpur. Prior to Spanco, Rohit worked with Larsen & Toubro Limited
(L&T) for over 5 years in Construction division in several positions for project planning, execution and
coordination for large infrastructure projects across Road, Port, Airports including execution of Bengaluru
International Airport Project. During Rohit stint at L&T, he was also deputed to L&T Infotech for
developing and building business practice for Mining clients in Infotech’s Energy and Petrochemical
Business Unit.
Rohit holds MBA from S P Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai. He also holds Bachelor in
Mining Engineering from Faculty of Engineering, JNVU, Jodhpur.
