Santosh Gujadhur

Santosh Gujadhur is a co-founder of GFin Corporate Services Ltd., a regulated Mauritian administrator. He is admitted to the New York State Bar. He was previously a corporate associate in the New York office of Sidley Austin LLP, where he has represented financial institutions, broker-dealers, sovereign wealth funds and other corporate clients in equity, debt and hybrid capital transactions, fund formations, IPOs, tender offers, swaps and accelerated share repurchase transactions, investment transactions, regulatory matters and various other transactions. He has recently represented financial institutions and sovereign wealth funds in several landmark recapitalization transactions in the United States as a result of the financial crisis. He received a J.D. from Cornell University and a B.S. in biochemistry from Boston College.
