Kshama Jain

Kshama joined Kedaara Capital in March 2022 and has ~10 years of experience in investing. Prior to joining Kedaara Capital, Kshama has worked with Baring Private Equity Asia with a focus on financial services, consumer, and IT services sectors. Some of the investments Kshama has worked on include Hexaware Technologies, Straive, and Prometric. She has also gained operational experience while supporting the CEO of Hexaware Technologies with change management activities and during her stint at Alvarez & Marsal.

Kshama holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She also holds a Masters in Technology degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
