Jai is a seasoned leader with over three decades of experience across high-impact domains, including FMCG, Pharma, Industrials, Life Sciences, and Diagnostics. Over his career, Jai has demonstrated exemplary leadership in scaling businesses, driving growth, and transforming organizations globally.

Jai embarked on his career with Hindustan Unilever Limited and held significant roles at globally renowned companies such as GlaxoSmithKline, Novartis, and Danaher Corporation. In 2008, Jai joined Danaher Corporation as the Managing Director and CEO for India, where he scaled the business nearly 10x in six years through strategic acumen and leadership. By 2016, he was appointed Regional President for the Asia Pacific region and Chairman of the APAC Board, overseeing a revenue stream exceeding $2.5 billion. In 2019, Jai advanced to President for High Growth Markets, managing key markets such as Japan, Korea, Eastern Europe, Russia, Latin America, the Middle East, North Africa, Turkey, SEA, Australia, and New Zealand. These markets contributed $10 billion to Danaher’s revenue—30% of its total—and drove 40% of its growth under Jai’s stewardship, leveraging both organic and inorganic strategies.
