Hemant Agrawal

Hemant joined Kedaara in 2021 and has 17+ years of diverse experience in the Funds industry with expertise in Private Equity and Public Market strategy. At Kedaara, Hemant focuses on Fund Raising, Deals, Fund Operations, Investor Reporting, Finance, Audit, Governance, Compliance, Treasury, and other support functions. Hemant supports the value creation initiatives at Fund portfolio companies by advising and guiding them on finance, compliance, and other business support functions.

Prior to joining Kedaara, Hemant has worked with Edelweiss Alternatives and was overseeing Finance, Investor Reporting, Operations and other support functions of Private Equity and Credit funds. In his previous stints, Hemant has worked with IDFC Alternatives and Centrum Capital in their Finance team.

Hemant is a Chartered Accountant and holds a master’s degree in commerce from Rajasthan University.
