Since its founding in 1978, it has invested more than US$ 30 billion in a number of European and US businesses with an aggregate transaction value in excess of US$ 150 billion. The partnership with CD&R provides Kedaara access to former’s global networks and operational insights. These capabilities are increasingly sought by Indian business leaders as they strive to transform their businesses into professionally-managed platforms with organizational resources to profitably scale regionally, nationally, and internationally.
