Ami Parikh

Ami joined Kedaara in July 2022 and brings over 16 years of experience in compliance, corporate governance, and company secretarial functions. Her professional journey spans legal consultancy, compliance advisory, and regional compliance leadership, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of legal, regulatory, and business requirements.

Prior to joining Kedaara, Ami has worked with Morgan Stanley, where she led the legal and compliance function for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, including India and excluding Japan and China. In this role, she oversaw regional compliance activities and supported the implementation of effective compliance frameworks aligned with applicable regulatory requirements and organisational standards.

Before her tenure at Morgan Stanley, Ami has worked with EY in the compliance practice, gaining valuable experience in compliance advisory and regulatory matters. Earlier in her career, she was associated with legal consultancy firms, where she handled commercial and transactional matters from a compliance perspective. She has experience in private equity and transaction-related compliance, including navigating the legal and regulatory requirements associated with commercial transactions and investment activities.

Ami is a qualified lawyer and a Company Secretary by profession. She also holds a Diploma in Securities Law from Government Law College.
