Anurag Saha

Anurag Saha joined Kedaara Capital in November 2025 and leads the firm’s Internal Talent mandate. He is an experienced HR leader with over a decade of experience across Indian conglomerates and multinational consulting firms, having worked on complex, enterprise-wide initiatives spanning the full employee lifecycle. Anurag brings a strong track record of shaping effective talent strategies that enable sustainable business growth.

 Prior to joining Kedaara, Anurag was a Director in Deloitte India’s Human Capital Consulting practice, where he was part of the Workforce Transformation division, serving clients across India and Sri Lanka. Before that, he was the Lead HR Business Partner for the Emerging Markets division at Sun Pharma. Earlier, Anurag worked as an HR Consultant at Aon Hewitt. He began his career at ITC Ltd. as part of the HR team in the India Tobacco Division at the company’s oldest manufacturing facility.

 Anurag holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, and a B. Tech degree from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Durgapur.
