Kshama Jain

Kshama joined Kedaara in 2022 and has more than 12 yrs of experience in private equity across Financial services, Healthcare, Consumer and IT Services sectors.

Kshama Co-leads the Financials Services vertical at Kedaara. Some of the investments Kshama has worked on include Axis Finance, Juspay, Avanse, Veritas, K12 Techno, and Oliva Skin and Hair Clinic.

Prior to joining Kedaara, Kshama was with Baring Private Equity (now renamed to “EQT”) where she focused on investments in financial services, healthcare and IT services sectors. Some of the investments Kshama has worked on include Hexaware Tech, Straive, Prometric, and AIG Hospitals.

She has also gained operational experience while supporting the CEO of Hexaware Technologies with change management activities and at Alvarez & Marsal.

Kshama holds an MBA from The Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania) and a Masters in Technology (Metallurgical Engineering) from IIT Bombay
