Mallika Mutreja

Mallika joined Kedaara Capital in 2026 as Operating Director – Talent and has 17+ years of experience in Human resources.

Prior to joining Kedaara, Mallika served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Godrej Agrovet, leading the company’s people & culture strategy, driving organizational transformation and championing inclusive HR practices. Previously, she spent over 14 years with Hindustan Unilever Limited in roles spanning employee relations, HR business partnering, HR operations and compensation & benefits.

Mallika holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources & Labour Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) and a Bachelors degree in Commerce from R.A. Podar College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai.
