Paras Nayyar

Paras joined Kedaara in 2024 as Managing Director and CFO. Paras has 25+ years of experience with significant expertise across fund raising, transaction design, fund structuring, treasury, corporate strategy, audit, legal and regulatory functions.

Prior to joining Kedaara Capital, Paras was MD & CFO at True North, overseeing fund raising, investor relations, finance and governance. Previously, Paras has held senior leadership positions across organisations such as KPMG, Fidelity International, L&T Investment Management and CRISIL.

Paras has completed her Bachelors in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi and is a merit ranking chartered accountant. She has also been featured in the coveted list of “India’s Top 100 Women in Finance” many times.
