Parin Mehta

Parin has over 19 years of investment experience, encompassing the full lifecycle of private equity and public market investing in India across a variety of industries. He has driven investments, managed portfolio companies and successfully divested investments over this period. Parin joined Kedaara Capital in 2013 in the private equity team and focused on evaluating investment opportunities across business and technology services, packaging, specialty chemicals, and industrial sectors. Currently, Parin is co-leading the Kedaara Public Market Fund initiative along with Ashay Shah and Prakash Gaurav Goel.

Before joining Kedaara Capital, Parin worked in the investment advisory team of General Atlantic (GA), a leading growth oriented private equity firm with over US$70 billion under management. He joined GA in 2005 and primarily focused on investments in the technology services, healthcare and consumer sectors. Prior to joining GA, Parin worked with McKinsey and Capgemini Consulting. At McKinsey, Parin focused on the high-tech sector, more specifically semiconductors, and was involved on several client engagements in Europe and United States of America.

Parin serves on the board of Veritas Finance, GAVS and Ajax Engineering.

Parin holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management, Finance, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Mumbai University.
