Poonam Gupta

Poonam is a strategic business partner with 17 years of diverse industry experience in India and International Markets with expertise in delivering HR solutions to attract, hire and engage top talent. She is an avid technology enthusiast, LGBTQ Ally and Inclusion advocate.

Prior to joining Kedaara she was heading Talent at Netflix India and was responsible for setting up the Netflix India office ground up. Before that she was working in Singapore leading Talent and learning for Merck KGaA for 6 countries in south Asia. She has worked at Accenture and TCS in various HR leadership roles working with clients in BFSI and Hi-tech industries.

She has graduated from Cornell university ILR school in human capital and has advanced her learning through programs from ISB and NUS Singapore.
